Hi, I’m Alison Goodman!

I am a senior charity leader, strategic advisor and relationship fundraising specialist.

I have more than 30 years’ experience helping purpose-driven organisations grow income, strengthen operations and lead through change.

I am a charity expert, dedicated to helping good causes raise funds and become more effective. ‍ My training and workshop sessions are renowned for their professional yet relaxed style, good humour and real effectiveness.

With more than 30 years’ experience helping purpose-driven organisations grow income, strengthen operations and lead through change I have developed expertise in relationship fundraising - recognizing the need to be donor focused: building real and meaningful relationships with supporters.

‍Combining board-level operational leadership with deep expertise in philanthropy, stakeholder engagement and organisational culture,I have worked across children’s healthcare, education, HIV/AIDS, autism and humanitarian sectors.

Known for my warmth, pragmatism and ability to build trusted relationships quickly, I bring a rare combination of strategic thinking, operational delivery and emotional intelligence.
